Wireless Casino Games

Hi there, i have a sony ericson phone and had £0.22p on it and my friend decided to use the WAP on it to download games off the default Sony ericson games bit. The games cost £3.50 in value and my friend downloaded 2 of them. Is it supposed to allow you to download that games or will i get charged the £7 when i next top up?

will they charge me for connecting to WAP or something when i play the game?
the game is a JAR file. cause i downloaded it for free at a free mobile phone website and got the jar file but will it cost me money to use and play it? will my phone company charge me?
