and also how do i put mobile game into my phone?

Do i need a program on my computer to do this because when i try to download them my computer comes up with a box saying ‘open with’ and i have no idea what im supposed to click? Any help much appreciated!

where can you can i get good java games for my phone. that IS NOT mobile 9. ive got all of them for my phone because there’s not many mine is a Nokia 3110 Classic its a 128×160 screen.
