Only my boyfriend is on the mortgage and deed, however, I pay 1/2 the bills, which include the mortgage. If something would happen between the two of us, do I have any rights?

You would have the right to discontinue paying half, that is about it.
You would not have any rights to his property.

rights as far as WHAT??? You are NOT on the hook for ANY future mortgage payments if that is what you are asking….unless he made you sign a lease. You also would not have any “rights” to any equity accumulated in the property during the time of the relationship. Basically, if you broke up, you walk away with no benefits OR obligations associated with the mortgage.

this is a very easy question to answer
you have no legal right to the property
keep your receipts from where you make payments on anything not just hand him the cash
if something happens as it is now you will be left in the cold
get everything in writing you need a paper trail to protect you

No. If you’re not on the property title and not on the loan, you have no rights. “Girlfriend” is not a legal status.

you have no rights to the property whatsoever. your name has to be on the deed.
