Free ground shipping does not includes orders going to Hawaii or  Alaska. You can also get faster 3 day, 2 day and overnight shipping for an added cost.

If your phone is defective or you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days. 101Phones provides a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on only on brand new items. 

Phones contain the standard manufactures warranty which is contained in the online product description. Factory serviced phones may come with a 30 day, 90 day, or 1 year warranty. Extended warranty service plans are available for purchase in a 2 year or 3 year period on all phones. Factory serviced phones that are defective upon delivery include a 30 day exchange option for the same model - there are no refunds on factory serviced items.
